◆ Material : Glass fiber 20% reinforcement, halogen-free flame retardant V-0, high heat resistance, excellent electrical insulation.
◆ Characteristics : PA6 contains halogen-based flame-retardant reinforcing materials. These materials possess excellent flame-retardant properties and high heat release rate.
◆ Purpose : High rigidity, high thermal deformation, suitable for connectors, terminal blocks, electrical structural components; Electrical: Terminal blocks, waterproof connectors, switch bases, relay housings (many of the gray terminal blocks you saw earlier are made with this grade); Household flame-retardant structural components, small motor brackets; Industrial plastic parts requiring flame retardancy and rigidity.
